The microdistrict under consideration is located in the southern part of Mytishchi, in the zone of visual contact with the Moscow Ring Road and the Moscow-Yaroslavl railway. This determines the increased requirements for architectural and planning solutions for the improvement of the territory of a residential building planned for placement, participating in the formation of the architectural appearance of the microdistrict 20-20A.

The general layout of the site for the construction of a 17-storey 4-section residential building with built-in and attached non-residential premises on the 1st floor (pos. according to GP No. 1) on the street. Trudovoy, 6, building 3, Mytishchi, Moscow Region. developed on the basis of a topographic plan of the area in M ​​1: 500. According to Rosreestr, this land plot has a cadastral number of 50:12:0100407:45 and an area of ​​0.3909 hectares.
