Something is constantly making noise in the basement of the house. Noise reduction in residential buildings from pumping units. Measures to reduce noise from pumps

Residents of apartment buildings often complain about loud, annoying noises from the pump in the basement. To effectively eliminate this problem, you should understand that an unpleasant sound does not just happen, and it is important to find the cause of its occurrence. Only after it is found, the issue can be resolved.

As a rule, the causes of noise are water supply pumps, of which there are many in an ordinary house (central heating, cold and hot water supply).

Pumps according to the mode of operation can be divided into two types:

  • which work constantly (water supply pumps);
  • which are switched on systematically (booster pumps, drainage pumps, etc.).

If the pumps are located in separate buildings (as was customary in the 70s), then the residents of the house will not hear any noise. However, when placing pumping equipment in the basement, the hum can be felt quite strongly. It negatively affects the nervous system and the general well-being of people living in the house.

Houses that were built before the middle of the last century do not have very good soundproofing characteristics. In other words, everything that happens in the basement is heard in the apartments. Previously, there simply did not exist any regulations in which the indicators of permissible noise would be prescribed. Today, the issue of living comfort in houses is quite acute, so the government introduces special standards, according to which the same noise from the pump should not exceed the established figures.

Most of the complaints come, of course, from the inhabitants of the first floors, who feel all the "charms" of being close to the sound source. By itself, noise does not affect the physical health of a person, however, it causes significant psychological stress, which ultimately affects the general condition of the body. People become more irritated, chronic fatigue begins to appear. Constant tension exhausts the central nervous system. Some doctors note that psychological anxiety can be one of the causes of diseases of the internal organs.

It is also worth noting that communications at home may suffer due to noise vibration.

Noise level measurement in the basement.

At the first appearance of sound vibrations, it is necessary to contact specialists or the management company.

Constant complaints from residents of apartment buildings forced specialists to come to grips with studying the causes of noise from pumping equipment in basements. According to the results of numerous examinations, it was found that the sound level to a lesser extent depends on the power and type of pump, as well as on the manufacturer. The size of the equipment does not have a special effect either, because even a very small pump can produce a serious hum.

It was determined that the sound in the living quarters from the basement comes in several ways: through the air, structurally and through the water through the plumbing:

  • If the noise is heard on the street, then it means that it is transmitted through the air. The main reason for its appearance is a poor-quality soundproof layer in the room where the pumps are located. The inhabitants of the first floors suffer the most, under whose apartments the technical premises are directly located. Also, the noise in apartments often increases after their illegal redevelopment.
  • Structural noise propagates through building structures. This can happen for various reasons: illiterate installation of pumps, contact of pipes with the walls of the house, the presence of acoustic bridges (metal elements, racks, etc.), lack of sleeves (they must be installed at the points where pipes pass through structures). Experts note that when metal bridges are eliminated, the sound level is reduced by 5-6 dB.
  • The noise that is transmitted from the pump in the basement through the water is often due to the formation of vortices inside the casing of the pumping equipment. In addition, the absence of special shock absorbers will contribute to the spread of sound.

The causes of noise can be very different. Only specialists can understand them. If you are constantly disturbed by the sounds coming from the basement of the house, you must immediately contact the housing office or other governing body. The specialists who came at your request must assess the causes of noise, as well as carry out work to completely eliminate it (within the limits of current standards for apartment buildings).

Often an unpleasant hum occurs in the case of poor-quality design or installation of hydraulic systems, as well as illegal changes in the standardized designs of existing pipelines in the house. There are cases when, after unauthorized redevelopment and replacement of the heating system in the apartment, installation of underfloor heating or new plumbing, there is a lot of noise throughout the house. Often the reason is that after the repair, pipes of a larger diameter were installed than required by the project standards. In this case, vibration occurs, which leads to the formation of noise.

Noise can also appear due to the replacement of old pumping systems with new ones. This is because the technical characteristics of the installed equipment do not match the characteristics of the hydraulic system operating in the house. In addition, a slight hum may also appear because the hydraulic system damper is not tightly closed, due to which there is additional resistance and an increase in the speed of water movement through the pipes.

Abnormal movement of water through pipes (faster or slower), as well as the wrong diameter of recently installed pipes, very often cause a powerful hum, which can only be eliminated by installing a new pipeline. That is why before any repair work related to the replacement of plumbing and pumping equipment, it is necessary to consult with specialists.

Noise in pumps can occur for a variety of reasons. This may be improper installation of equipment or failure of some elements. The main sources of noise in pumps are considered to be the engine air cooling system and rolling bearings. These potential noise sources are inextricably linked to pump motor power and speed. Here it is worth mentioning the international ISO standards, according to which the noise emitted by pumping equipment is limited depending on the two above factors.

Pumping equipment located in the basement.

Interestingly, an increase in acoustic pressure, for example, by 6 dB, according to real human sensations, will be equal to a twofold increase in noise. The sound that a pumping system emits is closely related to the speed, so noise reduction is only possible if it is reduced. At the same time, in the case of a decrease in the speed, the performance of pumping equipment will also drop noticeably. This is a very difficult moment, which only professionals should understand.

It can also highlight other reasons why noise from the pump may occur:

  • bearing damage;
  • not fixed body of the device;
  • cavitation with vibration and harsh noises;
  • vibration that is transmitted to pipes and building structures.

Restoring silence in the house on your own is not recommended, because you can do the opposite. If there is noise in the basement coming from pumping equipment or pipelines, immediately contact the management company or private specialists who will help you solve the problem.

Measures that can be taken:

  • Installation of the motor speed controller for pumping equipment. It should be noted here that installing a regulator will really help only if the pumping system has a certain power reserve, or operation at maximum speed is required at certain hours (for example, in the morning and evening).
  • Installation of high-quality sound insulation in the room where pumping equipment operates. Very often, even in modern houses, technical rooms with large equipment are not sufficiently isolated from noise, as a result of which residents feel its impact.
  • In cases where the pumping unit is mounted directly on the foundation and it is not possible to move it to another place, the foundation must be vibration-isolated.
  • You can install anti-vibration elements on pipes for water supply and heating. It is the vibration of pipes that often becomes the strongest source of noise.
  • Specialists also often solve the problem with the help of vibration isolation of the supporting structures of pipelines, which are attached to the enclosing supports of the house. Suspension supports must be articulated. It is also recommended to lay rubber gaskets under the pipeline.

Noise from a basement pump can be caused by a variety of factors. Therefore, immediately after its appearance, it is necessary to find out the cause. Do not think that the noise will pass - if the equipment is faulty or installed incorrectly, then sound vibrations will only increase over the years.

If the pump is installed in your private house, then you can independently find out the cause of the noise. It probably has to do with poor quality. In this case, you must contact the company whose employees installed the equipment.

Remember that constant vibration and structural noise can lead to serious mental disorders and exhaustion of the central nervous system. In addition, before buying an apartment in a new building, be sure to ask your future neighbors if technical sounds bother them.

Determining the source of unpleasant sounds and its prompt elimination is the main plan of action for any conscious person. You should not endure the constant noise from the pump if it prevents you from living comfortably in the apartment and relaxing.

Problem

Hello. Under our apartment, the HOA installed two pumps, one boiler for water, the second - a weather-dependent unit for heating. The installation site was not agreed with the tenants. In writing, we asked not to install pumps under our apartment, but they were nevertheless installed. Now in our apartment there is a round-the-clock exhausting technical noise. We did not measure the noise level, they can be compared with the noise of a working refrigerator or air conditioner, it would seem that it is not so loud, but at the same time it interferes with normal living, especially interferes with sleep. After all, the air conditioner can be turned off at any time, but the pumps cannot. We have two minor children, the daughter of a schoolgirl began to complain that she did not get enough sleep, then she could not concentrate on the lessons, she periodically began to have a headache. My son is 4 years old, he also began to sleep poorly, shows signs of anxiety and nervousness, although he was a calm child before the pumps were connected. They went to the doctor, they prescribed valerian and glycine, they said if it doesn’t help, they will be sent to a neurologist. My husband and I also don’t get enough sleep, our head hurts. They wrote a statement to the homeowners association with a request to transfer the equipment to a non-residential premises under an entrance or a wheelchair, they replied that this was impossible. Although the contractor who was involved in the installation explained to us that there is such a possibility, it’s just convenient for the homeowners association to place the equipment at the entrance to the basement, our apartment is a corner one. Advise how we can resolve our problem in court based on medical evidence. The doctor explained that round-the-clock technical noise, even if it is normal and barely audible, but still noticeable, can be an external irritant, which subsequently affects health.

Rospotrebnadzor measured the noise level in the bedroom, at night, the noise does not exceed sanpin, but it is really audible around the clock, Rospotrebnadzor experts admitted that the nature of the noise is uncomfortable for auditory perception, although the instruments show the norm, so what can be done in such a situation? The homeowners association denies installing noise insulation of the ceiling and walls in the basement, because according to the documents everything is in order. It is very expensive to do soundproofing at your own expense, and the basement with equipment belongs to the common property, the whole house is used, and we suffer where and who else can we turn to?

Solution

If in the conclusion of Rospotrebnadzor there is a description of the noise as not pleasant, not comfortable for perception, but within the established norms, you still have the right, as the owner of the dwelling, to demand the elimination of the causes of noise, compensation for moral damage.

Hello! But what if we do the soundproofing of the basement for our own money, and then in court we will collect them from the homeowners association, because the basement is common property? Or, as an option, we will not pay RSL, because. Did you soundproof the common property with your own money? The whole problem is in the chairman of the HOA, she took the position "everything in our country complies with SNIPAM, if you don't like it, sue it." When the roof leaked in the house and it was obvious that repairs were made without a court decision, and when there is round-the-clock noise from pumps in my apartment and this is also obvious and audible, I have to sue. At the same time, from the funds of the RSZh, the chairman of the HOA pays for the services of a lawyer by suing the tenants who, in fact, pay for this lawyer.

good day, Elena!

You have the right not to approve the costs of paying for the services of a lawyer, etc. by the decision of the General Meeting of MKD Owners, then the chairman will have to reimburse the HOA from personal funds. But if the court decision is not in favor of the owners, then the losing party shall reimburse the costs.

You also have the right to make repairs and recover the costs in court, but you must prove that the repair is necessary and draw up a reasonable estimate.

If the result of the repair does not meet the goals specified in the act or the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor (bringing the sound background of the living space to a state favorable to the health of the owner), the costs will not be reimbursed to you.

Thanks Elena for your answers. So if I understand correctly, we cannot do without Rospotrebnadzor. But since the measurements showed that the noise level is normal, what else can Rospotrebnadzor do for us, how can it determine that the noise is uncomfortable for hearing perception even if the noise is within the normal range.? And what other organizations besides Rospotrebnadzor can help us, for example, to examine the basement for compliance with the building codes when installing equipment, because soundproofing of the room should be provided when installing pumps under the living quarters? Today, my husband was at a meeting of the owners of the MKD and raised our question, the position of the chairman of the homeowners association has not changed, everything is normal with them. The noise is cyclical, sometimes it buzzes quieter, sometimes louder, and sometimes it’s completely unbearable, but it buzzes 24 hours a day and it’s terrible. Sorry for the possible confusion, it just hurts, sometimes thoughts come to drill a hole in the floor and fill the basement along with the equipment, but then the house will be left without water and without heating, and the tenants are not to blame. Can attract public attention through the press? Well, there must be a way out, right?

And one more follow-up question. If I flood the basement with equipment, what is the punishment for this?

Possible liability under article 17. 7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation:

Intentional destruction or damage of someone else's property, if these actions did not cause significant damage, -

shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of three hundred to five hundred roubles.

However, you are the owner of part of the common house property, that is, you will cause damage to yourself too.

Good afternoon!

The State Housing Inspectorate of the Kurgan Region exercises housing supervision over the implementation by persons managing apartment buildings (including management organizations, homeowners associations, housing, housing construction and other specialized consumer cooperatives that manage apartment buildings, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that carry out activities for the provision of services for the maintenance and (or) repair of common property in an apartment building, with the direct management of an apartment building by the owners of premises in such a house), services and work for the maintenance and repair of common property in an apartment building in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation .

As for other specialists who can give opinions on the state of the physical and psychological health of the owners: medical reports - a local therapist, pediatrician, neurologist (children and adults), psychological - a psychologist (children and adults).

You have the right to apply to the media, perhaps they will be able to "raise" your particular case to the socially significant for the city, region. Reporting from the courtroom is always interesting, thematic programs in the housing sector.

If there are receptions of deputies of various levels, contact the assistants, they will issue requests to the HOA.

Elena, thanks again for your detailed answers. The husband made an appointment with the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Duma,. Also, after yesterday's meeting, we wrote another statement with a request to take measures to eliminate noise, but the statement was already addressed to the members of the board, and not to the chairman of the HOA. The member of the board to whom we gave the application said that she had recently learned about our problem from the words of the chairman, and three applications, one of which was written back in October 2014 and we still have not received an answer to it, they did not consider on the board, t .to. didn't see them at all. It turns out that the chairman of the HOA deliberately did not submit our applications for consideration by the board.

Elena, you can state all your comments in a statement addressed to the head of the maintenance department of the on-load tap-changer for re-measurements due to increased noise in the apartment. Describe this sound and vibration, the time of its intensification and your state during the day when you hear the sound and feel the vibration.

Regarding the employment of a plumber: ask the board and the general meeting (about the quality of the work of a plumber), which evaluates the work of specialists and approves the estimate, including payment for the services of these specialists (employees).

Hi all!
I know that you all know. Please advise almost completely off topic. It's just that my head is swollen with thoughts, I can no longer adequately approach the issue.
My husband and I are buying an apartment on credit. Prices are terribly climbing up, the second time they have already taken a loan, because they could not buy anything decent with the first one.
The crux of the matter is this. There is an apartment, good in size, ten minutes from the apartment of the parents (mothers of special children will understand this plus like no one else), not far from the metro, at an affordable price for us. In general, now this is the only apartment with all the amenities that we we can buy with our credit, everything else is more expensive. But, as always, there is one BUT.
It is on the second floor, the first floor is non-residential - part of the office, part of the technical premises. In the basement under the entire floor there is a heating point, where, as I understand it, there are all sorts of motors and pumps for heating and pumping hot and cold water to a 22-storey building. Under one room of this apartment on the first floor is just the entrance to this heating point, there are power shields hanging and just the door down to the basement to the motors and pumps.
The family that sells the apartment, young guys with a child, successful, balanced. They lived for a year, moved to Krylatskoye, the motive was external - closer to their parents. But during the conversation, the husband admitted that the heating point has already become his point))), to some extent because of him, he also moves. He was worried about the noise, he signed papers with neighbors, he made sure that they made new soundproofing in the basement and replaced noisy pumps. As a result, as we saw for ourselves, there is almost no noise. If you listen hard - lie on the floor with your ear to the floor, you begin to hear a measured dull rumble. And already standing, too, you can hear it. He is unobtrusive, I think that you can hear him more in the silence of the night.
That is, there is almost no noise, but the family still moves and sells an apartment with a good repair at the price of apartments with almost no repair at the moment.
So the question arises, maybe this noise, or vibration, can somehow affect health? The sellers say that the noise did not affect their health, it only spoiled their nerves))
I want to ask YOUR opinions on whether a thermal center can have a bad effect on health and how to find out. Still, such a colossus three meters from you below somehow worries. If this animal is harmless, then let it make noise, my child generally falls asleep only at the sound of running water from the tap (that is, my husband and I get used to everything), and if it’s harmful, then it’s just a crime to buy an apartment.
I would really appreciate your ideas!
I am writing at night, and by the morning I already have to pay the advance for the apartment or not to pay (there is already a line of suffering people behind us, who are not so picky about the technical premises)

As a rule, in residential buildings in such large cities as St. Petersburg and Moscow, pumping units are located in the basement. As a result of the imbalance of the motor and pump rotor, bearing failure, mechanical energy is converted into sound energy radiated into the room where the equipment is installed, and vibration energy (vibration) propagating through the building envelope. The enclosing structures of the building come into oscillatory motion (mainly bending vibrations), which causes the emission of sound energy in the higher rooms.

Reducing the noise level of a pumping unit in residential buildings

In a room located directly above the pump house, the penetrating sound energy is determined by the sum of the energies of the airborne noise passing through the interfloor overlap and the vibration noise emitted by the building envelope.

In pump rooms, the total sound pressure levels fluctuate on average about 80-85 dB. The question arises whether such levels can determine the noise regime in residential premises due to the penetration of noise through a separating fence.

Interfloor ceilings separating pump rooms from apartments, as a rule, have a weight of more than 300 kg / m2 and their average soundproofing ability from airborne noise is about 50 dB. Assuming a sound pressure level of about 90 dB, we obtain a sound pressure level that penetrates through the interfloor noise floors of about 40 dB. At the same time, in apartments located above pump rooms, sound pressure levels reach 60 dB (see Table 6) . For example, in the pump room (Ns 1 according to Table 6), the sound pressure level is 76 dB, and in the apartment above the pump room -67 dB (54 dB "A"), that is, only 9 dB less.

Obviously, airborne noise in the pump room is not the cause of noise in apartments and noise reduction in the pump room, for example, due to sound absorption will not reduce the noise level in the apartments.

The overall sound pressure level in an apartment can be considered as consisting of the noise penetrating through the intermediate floor (L1) and the noise caused by the vibration of the building envelope (L2). With the soundproofing ability of the ceiling Rav = 30 dB, the noise penetrating into the apartment will have a sound pressure level of about 60 dB, and if the noise levels L1 and L2 are equal, the overall sound pressure level in the apartment increases by 3 dB. In this case, increasing the sound absorption in the pump room can slightly reduce the overall noise level in the apartment. With an increase in Rav, the effect of sound absorption on the overall noise level in the apartment decreases. At Rav = 50 dB, penetrating airborne noise has a sound pressure level of only about 40 dB. With energy summing, the L1 and L2 noise should be about 60 dB. Considering that L1 has a sound pressure level of 40 dB, and using the graph, we determine that the noise level L2 should be equal to almost 60 dB, i.e. the influence of L2 noise can be neglected. Thus, the treatment of the pump room with sound absorbers practically reduces the noise level only in the pump room itself. Noise reduction in the pumping room is practically not required, since the attendants are in the pumping rooms for a short time. It is advisable to reduce the noise spreading from the pumping room located next to the stairwell due to larger doors.

Vibrations from the pumping unit are transmitted to the building envelope in three ways:
1) transmission through the foundation of the pumping unit;
2) transmission through pipelines;
3) transmission over acoustic "bridges".

As a result of the research, the influence of individual vibration transmission paths on the noise level in apartments was determined. The transmission of vibration through foundations rigidly connected to the floor has the greatest influence. At the same time, noise levels in apartments reach 45-50 dB ("A").

A slightly lesser effect is exerted by vibration transmitted to the enclosing structures through pipelines. Approximately, it can be considered that along the pipeline length of 10 m, the amplitude of the vibrational velocity decreases by 2-2.5 times. Such attenuation is not enough and therefore, with a rigid connection of pipelines with walls, the vibration of the walls is still very significant and causes noise in apartments with levels of 40-45 dB (“A”).

In the presence of shock absorbers under the foundations and flexible rubber inserts in the pipelines, the noise levels in the apartments will still be above the standard value if the acoustic "mastics" are not eliminated. Acoustic "bridges" in pump rooms are mainly brackets and racks that support pipelines, metal pipes that connect the floor and foundation and serve to supply power to the engines, and debris that remains between the foundation of the installation and the floor. Eliminating bridges reduces the noise level by about 5dbA.

With three ways of vibration transmission, it is necessary to first isolate the foundations, and then the pipelines, and only then eliminate the acoustic "bridges".

Reducing vibration transmission only along the second and third paths will practically not reduce the overall noise level in the apartments.

1 - foundation on shock absorbers
2 - flexible connectors
3 - pipeline vibration isolation
4 - bracket with elastic gasket
5 - a rack with an elastic gasket.

Thus, to reduce noise in apartments, a set of measures is needed to ensure complete localization of vibration within the pump room. When developing measures, it must be taken into account that shock absorbers and pipe insulation should reduce the noise level by at least 10-15 dB "A".

Owners of country houses and summer residents install individual heating. There are several reasons for this - the lack of a centralized pipeline, the ability to choose the most economical scheme, the convenience of heating when it is needed, and not with the start of the heating season, etc.

One of the main devices in such a system is a heating circulation pump. Its main task is to create forced circulation of hot liquid for heating the room. Noise during its operation is a serious cause for concern, especially if extraneous sounds appear at the height of the heating season. There may be several reasons for this, we will try to analyze the main ones.

Proper use of the machine

In order for the device to serve a long service life, it is necessary to follow some rules:

  • do not turn on the water appliance if the system is without water;
  • should not work with zero feed;
  • it is necessary to observe the amount of pumped water in accordance with the range specified in the technical specifications for the device (water supply should not be too low or too high, as this wears out the device);
  • so that the components of the apparatus do not oxidize during the non-heating season, it must be run at least once a month for 15-20 minutes;
  • the temperature of the coolant in the equipment should not exceed 65 degrees, otherwise hard salts may precipitate.

Modern water pumps for heating are presented in two main types of devices: “dry type” and “wet type”.

Why does the circulation device make noise in normal mode? In order to cool the motor of the “dry type” apparatus, it is equipped with a fan, which, during operation, is a source of additional sound. This type of equipment is not intended for use near residential buildings.

However, mistakes do happen, and an incompetent contractor or developer, when installing heating in houses, can argue the installation of a device with a “dry” rotor by the high productivity of the device, neglecting its other properties. In this case, the problem can only be eliminated by soundproofing the room or by replacing the circulation device.

The “wet type” apparatus is designed so that during the operation the rotor is completely immersed in the liquid that it pumps. In this case, the engine is cooled by a coolant. The noise level in such systems is much lower due to the absence of a fan. Such equipment can be mounted in rooms near residential buildings.

Dry-type equipment always works loudly, so it is installed only outside the residential building. Devices with a "wet" rotor are practically silent and can function even in the room itself.

But what to do when the unit makes alarming sounds during operation? It is worth highlighting the main causes of such a problem and methods of dealing with them.

VIDEO: How the circulation pump should make noise during normal operation

Possible causes of extraneous sounds

There are several reasons, as mentioned earlier:

  • voltage fluctuations in the network;
  • installation errors - lack of a hydraulic compensator;
  • air in the system;
  • improperly selected equipment;
  • breakage, etc.

Unstable voltage

The pump for heating can also make noise due to its unstable operation. When voltage drops occur, the circulation apparatus loses synchronization, which leads to uneven transportation of water in the system. This is what can cause noise in radiators or pipes. After completing a complete diagnosis, you can check the correct operation of the unit itself. And to do it yourself without special equipment is simply impossible.

Mounting errors

Hearing that the device "rustles", you need to make sure that it is installed correctly. To prevent such a problem, professionals advise installing a hydraulic compensator. Thanks to its installation, it will be possible to control the static pressure during heating. It is thanks to the membrane tank that cavitation loads will not occur, due to which the circulation pump buzzes and its service life is reduced.

Air locks

Many owners of country houses do not understand why the equipment whistles when the system is started at the beginning of the heating season? Most often, this phenomenon occurs due to the ingress of a certain amount of air during the filling of pipes, radiators and the equipment case with liquid. Specially designed holes equipped with screw plugs () will help to remove such air plugs.

Such valves must be located at the highest points of the heating system. Be sure to check that the system is free of air before starting it up.

Power mismatch with the specified parameters

Most often, noise is heard when the heating is turned on due to improperly selected equipment (too powerful device). When choosing a unit model, it is necessary to take into account the technical parameters of the system. These data are reflected in the data sheet of the device.

Constant noise in the equipment may appear due to the breakdown of its components - the rotor or the impeller. If the device beeps precisely because of this, then, as a result, the entire heating system starts to work worse, and this leads to a decrease in productivity. To eliminate this cause, it is necessary to repair the device or install a new one. Also, the device may buzz due to an increase in technological gaps during prolonged operation. The solution is to replace the shims, which will help eliminate the axial runout of the motor shaft.

Equipment breakdown

The reason for the increased noise and the fact that the device is cracking may be the burning of the motor windings or gaps between the turns. In such a situation, only specialists who repair electric motors with experience and the necessary tools can help.

How to avoid possible noise during operation

A deliberate and rational choice of the circulation unit is the main thing that should be done to prevent the appearance of any signals about the incorrect operation of the equipment. No need to purchase a device of excessive power, especially with an air cooling method. Each modern unit is able to raise a liquid column to a height of nine meters, which is completely enough for a low-rise country house. Being close to the device, you can not even hear how it works, so many models are equipped with a light indication of the operating status.

To ensure comfortable living in the house, it is necessary to choose the right location for the circulation device. It must be determined based on the structural properties of the unit. Also, special attention must be paid to cleaning the coolant.

In order for the device to be operated for a long time and without problems, the main condition is its correct installation, which is carried out with strict observance of all the manufacturer's recommendations. This, first of all, refers to the “wet type” unit, since it is cooled by the water pumped through it, and efficiency is achieved only with a strict horizontal arrangement of the motor rotor. The slightest error will cause noise to appear in the heating circulation pump and increased wear on the device.

Before each heating season, it is necessary to check the correct operation of the equipment. Turning on the unit, you need to make sure that it does not vibrate and does not make uncharacteristic noises. The circulation apparatus, like any other equipment, needs some attention and care.

Regular maintenance, systematic check of tightness of connections, creation of the necessary pressure in the heating system with a membrane tank, control of the quality of the coolant and air release through special valves are necessary conditions for eliminating and preventing the possible occurrence of increased noise during operation of the device.
