Registration and data recovery

As we expected, in order to register in the system, first of all, it is necessary to issue a bank card. But we already have a map, so we act.

To register, follow the appropriate link, which is located under the button "To come in".

Registration, in fact, is not at all complicated: we indicate the personal passport number and the last 4 digits of our card.

Then you need to come up with a username and password. And to confirm registration, you must enter the SMS code that comes to the phone.

As for data recovery, everything is quite simple here, but strange. When you log in, there is a link called "Forgot your password?", but it doesn't restore anything.


Functional

We figured out how to register and restore data, the first entry is next in line.

At first glance, everything was as usual: we logged into the system, looked around, and began to look for a balance, but we did not find anything even close to resembling this function. A lot of information was displayed near the map, but there was no balance.

The most banal payment is to put money on a mobile phone. But here we were in for a surprise.

Instead of a button "Pay", we only found a link "Set password".

Dealing with the problem, we realized that it was necessary to set this password even before payment in "System Settings", but for an inexperienced user, this "stupefies".

As it turned out later, the password is set very quickly, and payment can be resumed immediately. Plus, all saved payments are placed on the main page.

In chapter "Cards" it's all pretty good too. There is a history of payments, SMS notification, setting limits, 3D Secure, blocking, and also - not only the possibility of issuing a new card, but also reissuing an existing one.

The transition to a new international account format has become a real stress for some clients, which is why Technobank has developed this useful section.

True, from our point of view, there is one drawback, it is impossible to save the details in the same way as, for example, checks in PDF format.

And finally, we want to note that when logging in, we noticed a link "MSI Login".

But no matter how hard we tried to use the service, we did not succeed. In the bank's chat, you would receive the following response: "This feature has not yet been implemented".

How to connect to the service?

1. Go to the menu "Internet bank" at one of the ATMs or information kiosks of Technobank OJSC or partner banks, perform the operation "To open access".
2. Enter a mobile phone number to receive SMS messages containing a transaction confirmation code (KPO).
3. After opening access, the client receives a check with Username And Password;
4. Go to the site sbsibank.by and do the following:

  • select OJSC "Technobank" from the list of banks, enter the username and password;
  • enter the Last Name and First Name printed on the card;
  • enter and remember your personal Personal Code;
  • enter in the KPO input field the password value that was sent to the phone number specified when opening access to the service;
  • You will be taken to the main menu of the Internet Bank. In the future, on this computer, after entering the username and password, you will automatically enter the main menu.
  • On the menu <Платежи> , pay for annual maintenance.

To add other cards of Technobank OJSC, the client needs to:

"Ease"

When using RBSS "Internet-Client", account management and various banking operations are carried out when working with the bank's regular Web-site, which is accessed by clients via the Internet.

A client from anywhere in the world, using any common browser on a Windows platform, accesses the bank's Web server via the secure HTTPS protocol. Upon successful authentication, the client starts a session.

The client side does not contain any information - all documents, reference books and other resources are located in the bank. The client can create and edit payment (ruble and currency) and other documents, view the archive of documents, messages from the bank and statements for any period, use standard directories (both general - banks, exchange rates, etc., and personal - correspondents, bases payment, etc.) physically located on the side of the bank.

When preparing any document, it is monitored for the correctness of the entered data, after which the EDS operation is carried out. Next, the document is sent to the bank's server and, after the procedures for verifying the signature and correctness of filling, enters the general database of the banking part, where it is further processed (printing, sending notifications, uploading to the ABS, execution or refusal). When performing auto-procedures for processing a document common to all subsystems, the client receives a result about the execution of the document or its refusal, indicating the reason for it. The interface is simple, elegant and intuitive for any user.

Easy to get started

In addition to the simplicity of everyday work, it is extremely important to ensure a painless start to work with RBSS even for the most unprepared client. In RBSS "Internet-Client" to start working, you must:

  • receive (or register with the bank the existing GosSUOK) EDS keys;
  • receive a distribution kit of a certified cryptographic protection system (during a visit to the bank or by e-mail) or use the existing mechanism for working with GosSUOK EDS keys;
  • get the EDS-Proxy distribution kit (software for operating the system with an EDS carrier);
  • run programs from distributions that will automatically carry out their installation.

To work on any other computer anywhere in the world, the client only needs the distribution kits of the cryptographic protection system and EDS-Proxy (which can be stored on a cloud drive or email box), and the EDS USB key itself.
