In this article, we will consider the instructions on a simple example of reflecting production operations in 1C 8.3 “for dummies”, starting with the receipt of materials and ending with the release of finished products.

In our this step-by-step example, we will release products in 1C 8.3 - a chair.

Before we can produce anything, we need to purchase materials (boards, nails and varnish). In 1C: Accounting, this operation is reflected in the document "Receipt (acts, invoices)". The type of operation in this case will be “Goods (invoice)”. Materials arrive on the tenth account.

We will not fill out this document in detail. If you have any difficulties, we advise you to read or watch the video:

Specification

You can go to the specifications of the item from its card in the reference book (“More” submenu).

From the list form, you can create a new specification and specify an existing one as the main one.

Let's create a new specification and fill in its tabular part.

By default, the first created specification will automatically be set as the main one for this product. In our case, the production of one chair requires 1 board, 100 grams of nails and 800 milliliters of varnish.

Write-off of materials

Most often, materials in 1C 8.3 are written off to production either, or:

  • TN is usually used in cases where there is no binding to a specific finished product. For example, we write off consumables, general business expenses, etc.
  • The production report for a shift writes off materials for a specific product.

Invoice claim

This document is located in the "Production" section.

In the header of the document, fill in the organization and department. Next, add all write-off items and their quantity to the table of materials.

The expense account when posting the document will be substituted automatically. If you need to change it, for example, instead of the main production, specify general business expenses, set the flag in the "Cost accounts on the "Materials" tab" item. In the appeared column of the table of materials, make any necessary changes.

In our example, we will write only three of our own materials. We will not use customer materials.

When carrying out this requirement, the invoice will generate three movements along.

Read a detailed article on this operation in the article or watch the video on the example of stationery:

Release of finished goods using the Shift production report

Now let's look at how to make a similar write-off, but with reference to a specific product. This is usually done using the Shift Production Report document. It is also located in the "Production" section.

In the header, select the organization, department, and cost department. Default cost account 20.01.

On the first tab "Products" add a line and select our "Carved Chair". Immediately after that, the main specification and accounting account will be automatically substituted. You can change the values in these columns if necessary.

On the services and returnable waste tab, we will not fill in anything. Let's move on to filling out the materials.

On the last tab "Materials" click on the "Fill" button and all the data will automatically get here from the specified specification. In our case, three materials were added: board, nails and varnish.

This document generated four postings: one for the production of “Carved Chair” products and three for the write-off of materials (boards, nails, varnish) into production.

Conclusion

If we compare the movements of the requirement-invoice and the production report for the shift, then it is easy to see the difference between the purpose of these documents.

  • The invoice requirement generates only postings for the write-off of materials to production (Dt 20.01 - Kt 10.01).
  • The shift production report makes absolutely identical write-off entries, but also releases finished products (Dt 43 - Kt 20.01).

In this regard, do not write off materials for production with an invoice requirement if you already write them off with a production report for a shift. Otherwise, this material will simply be written off twice.

The 20th account itself is closed at the end of the month by the corresponding routine operation to close the month.

We briefly reviewed the process of releasing finished products and accounting for production costs in 1C 8.3. Further, it is possible to sell these goods and materials to our customers using the document.

Each user of 1C, whether it is an accountant, manager or warehouse employee, is faced with the transition to an updated version of the program. Often, not only the interface changes in the program, but also the location of the logs, some functions are added or removed.

We invite you to consider how the initial entry of the organization and setting up the accounting policy in edition 3.0 takes place. Let's get acquainted with the interface of the program. Here is the home page:

It displays the date and a set of links for quick transitions to journals or reports. For now, we will not touch anything, since we are interested in how to introduce an organization in this edition of 1C. Let's get acquainted with the menu of the program. It is located on the left on a yellow background. Here we see tabs that are sorted by accounting sections.

It is very easy to find the desired function if you know which section it belongs to.

For example, if you need to sell something, click on the "Sales" tab. Here are the logs of documents related to sales:

    customer accounts,

    implementations,

    Services,

    invoices,

    Sales reports

    Let's return to our topic - entering the organization. Organizations should be located on the Directories tab. Let's go into it:

    Let's click on it. A small window with two settings will appear on the screen. We need to select "Navigation Settings":

    We press. The "Navigation Bar Settings" window appears on the screen. On the left side we find the item "Organizations". Based on the structure, we can see that this item belongs to the "Enterprise" section and contains all the necessary organization accounting settings.

    Select "Enterprise" and drag it to the right side with the "Add" button. Click OK:

    After we have applied the new settings, we can see the "Enterprise" section and in it the "Organizations" subsection we need:

    We go into it and click the "Create" button. The program offers us to choose who we are: a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur:

    We will consider filling as a legal entity.

    Choose. On the next page, the program also offers to choose which taxation system we will use. Let's choose the most common: "General system".

    We get to the page for creating an organization.

    The first field "Automatically fill in details by TIN" will work if you have connected the 1C: Counterparty service. We do not have it connected, so we will fill in the details manually.

    The next field is "Abbreviated Name". The organization name entered here will be printed on documents.

    For example, let's write here LLC "MC "Clean House".

    In the "Full name" field, enter the name of our organization without abbreviations: Limited Liability Company "Management Company "Clean House". It is displayed in the report.

    We can fill in the “Name in the program” field briefly - Clean House, it will not be displayed in any reports and printed forms. This is the name that the user will see.

    There is also a "Prefix" field. Let's write "UK" here. It is used to number documents for a given organization, i.e. in the list of documents, it will be clear to us which organization this document belongs to:

    The next item is "Main bank account". Expand it by clicking on the button to the left of the inscription. Here you need to enter the BIC of our servicing bank and the current account number:

    Expand the "Address and Phone" item. Here the program offers us to automatically download the data. We skip.

    The following items fill in the legal, actual and postal address. Click the "Fill" link on the right. A window for entering information will open:

    We fill. We press OK.

    If all the addresses of the organization are the same, then we leave the checkboxes everywhere. If the addresses are different, uncheck the boxes and fill in manually. Fill in the fields "Contact phone", "Fax" and "E-mail" at will.

    The next item is Signatures. Here you enter the names of the responsible persons of the organization, which are used when signing documents. This data is displayed in printed forms.

    We look at the next item "Logo and printing". The program has the ability to print documents with a logo, facsimile printing and facsimile signature:

    Let's see how it works.

    There is a built-in instruction that you can print and examine:

    You can also prepare signatures and seals in advance and upload them to the program cells of the same name. You can preview the printed form by clicking on the appropriate link:

    Let's move on to the next item "Tax inspection". Here you need to fill in everything as indicated in the documents of your organization:

    The remaining sections "Pension Fund", "Social Insurance Fund", "Statistics Codes" are filled out from the constituent documentation of your organization. We press "Record". The organization is ready to go.

    It remains only to specify the accounting policy of the organization. Click on the link "Accounting policy" at the top:

    Before us is a list of accounting policies by year. It is desirable to create a new one for each working year. Let's see what it is:

    We see the period of its use and various settings. Now we will not touch anything, since the default settings are in effect.

Technology platform. Thin client distribution. Server 1C: Enterprise.

- a software system that includes a platform and application solutions developed on its basis to automate the activities of organizations and individuals. The platform itself is not a software product for use by end users, who usually work with one of the many application solutions (configurations) developed based on this platform. This approach makes it possible to automate various activities using a single technological platform.

The flexibility of the platform allows you to use 1C:Enterprise 8 in a wide variety of areas:

  • automation of production and trade enterprises, budgetary and financial organizations, service enterprises, etc.
  • support for operational management of the enterprise;
  • automation of organizational and economic activities;
  • bookkeeping with several charts of accounts and arbitrary accounting measurements, regulated reporting;
  • ample opportunities for management accounting and analytical reporting, support for multi-currency accounting;
  • solving problems of planning, budgeting and financial analysis;
  • payroll and personnel management;
  • other areas of application.

Changes in version 8.3:

  • Increased scalability and fault tolerance of a server cluster, improved load distribution. A new server cluster load balancing architecture has been implemented, which automatically distributes the load between the cluster nodes based on the composition of the servers, the fault tolerance criteria set by the administrator, and the current analysis of their available performance. At the same time, it is possible to fine-tune the load on individual nodes of the cluster. The ability to more precisely control the amount of memory consumed by server worker processes is provided, which makes it possible to increase the resilience of the cluster to incautious user actions.
  • Licensing and external session management services. The licensing service allows you to organize a centralized issuance of software client and server licenses, which greatly simplifies the task of deploying a server cluster in a virtual environment and dynamically changing the resources allocated to a server. The external session management service allows you to inform the external system about the start and end of a session, receiving in response permission or prohibition to start the session, which allows you to limit the number of users connecting to a particular infobase, keep track of the time the database is used by users, etc. Interaction with an external system is carried out through a web service.
  • Automatic update of the Thin Client via the Internet. This feature will significantly reduce labor costs when updating software for remote users. Previously, automatic updating was possible only when working within the local network.
  • Support for a secure SSL connection and certificates is provided for all Internet protocols and platform mechanisms based on them. For example, Web services and a Thin Client can work over a secure channel.
  • Restructuring infobases in the background. This new capability minimizes the system downtime required to update application solutions. If earlier it was necessary to stop the work of users for the entire duration of the restructuring of the infobase, now the bulk of the changes are performed in the background, and the termination of the work of users is required only at the final short phase of the restructuring. This approach allows reducing system downtime not even by several times, but by orders of magnitude, thereby increasing the level of system availability, which is especially important for cloud services and large-scale implementations with large databases. Background restructuring can be performed incrementally, with interruptions, which allows you to free up computing power during periods of peak load on the working system, and start restructuring when the system is not loaded, for example, at night and on weekends.
  • Security profiles. If a service provider provides Internet access to 1C:Enterprise application solutions developed by third-party vendors, it cannot always control the reliability of such solutions. At the same time, it must ensure the uninterrupted operation of the service as a whole and other application solutions provided as part of this service. For this purpose, security profiles have been implemented in the 1C:Enterprise version 8.3 server cluster. They prohibit the application solution from performing actions that are potentially dangerous for the functioning of the server cluster and the entire service, such as:
    • access to the server file system;
    • launch of COM-objects, external processing and reports, applications installed on the server;
    • using external 1C:Enterprise components;
    • access to Internet resources.
  • Platform version 8.3 has received a new application interface "Taxi", more convenient and intuitive. It implements a number of new approaches to working with applied solutions, including:
    • The functions necessary for convenient navigation through the application are implemented in several auxiliary panels: tools, favorites, history, etc.;
    • The application solution developer can set some standard composition and arrangement of these panels in accordance with the purpose and features of the application;
    • The user can independently design his workspace by placing panels in different areas of the screen. For example, you can create a "minimalistic" workplace, leaving only the toolbar on the screen, while all navigation functions in the application solution will remain available using it. Or you can place several panels on the screen at once, providing you with a variety and quick access to various functions of the application.
    • Any section, list, database object, report or processing, as well as a command, can be added to "favorites", so that later, if necessary, you can quickly return to them.
  • Among the interface innovations of the new version of the platform, one can also note:
    • A variant of the interface without the use of modal windows. In this mode, new browser windows are not opened, which increases the convenience, performance and stability of work through the web client, allows you to work with 1C:Enterprise applications through a browser on any mobile device;
    • simplification of setting up lists;
    • a new line-by-line input mechanism that significantly speeds up data retrieval.
  • Performance optimization. Improvements have affected client workstations, a server cluster, mechanisms for interacting with various DBMS, and working with memory. To optimize work with the DBMS, the greatest amount of work was done for Microsoft SQL Server, including providing support for working with the latest version of Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
  • Improvements to application development tools. The ability to load / unload 1C configurations (structure and data) as a set of files is provided. The uploaded data is stored in the XML format. Possibilities for organizing program code have been expanded by selecting and grouping arbitrary text areas in the module editor. The developer can give each area its own name, which makes the code more readable. Improved context hint - now it is also displayed when typing procedure and function parameters, indicating their types and possible syntax options. Also, the context tooltip implements automatic recognition and display of developer comments compiled in accordance with development standards - when typing the name of a procedure or function, extended information is shown on its purpose and use cases, and when typing a parameter, on this particular parameter. To provide developers with a convenient tool for quick contextual search for information on topics of interest, the Syntax Assistant has added links to collections of methodological materials on relevant topics, regularly updated on the specialized 1C Internet resource.
  • Automated testing. The new mechanism allows you to perform automated testing of applied solutions using algorithms described in the built-in language. Also implemented is the ability to record interactive user actions to a file for their subsequent analysis, or to form an automated test based on them.
  • The functionality and visual capabilities of reporting have been expanded, new presentational capabilities of business diagrams have been implemented, additional statistical and aggregate functions, such as ABC.
  • Working with external data sources is much closer in functionality and convenience to standard configuration objects. Data from external sources can be placed in temporary tables for use in complex queries, used as separators in cloud applications, and forms can be programmatically redefined to view them. It also became possible to connect multidimensional data sources, such as Microsoft Analysis Services, Oracle Essbase, IBM InfoSphere Warehouse.
  • A special infobase compatibility mode with previous versions is supported. It allows using application solutions developed on the 1C:Enterprise platform versions 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 without additional processing. The compatibility mode also allows you to downgrade the platform from version 8.3 to 8.2 if necessary. In order to use all the features of version 8.3, solutions created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform of earlier versions will need to be slightly modified.

From correctness accounting settings depends on the correctness of accounting in the system.

An incorrectly set flag can lead to errors in the infobase. Therefore, each parameter must be taken very carefully and set everything in accordance with accounting policy of the organization before the start of the system.

In order to configure the basic parameters for working with the program, you need to go to section "Reference books and accounting settings" and in the navigation bar select the item "Setting Accounting Options". A form for setting basic constants will open.

Tax systems

The checkboxes "Applied taxation systems" mark the systems that will be available for organizations that will be recorded in this database.

By default, all checkboxes are checked.

If some of the taxation systems will not be used, then it can be disabled - this way some unnecessary directories and reports will be removed from the interface.

At least one of the checkboxes must be checked.

income tax

The tab becomes visible if the company uses the general taxation system for legal entities.

Bookmark "Income Tax" the amount of income tax rates is set - to do this, click on the hyperlink "Income tax rates".

The information register will open. "Corporate Income Tax Rates", where tax rates are set to the federal budget and to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation for all organizations of this base, i.e. records for each organization are not provided.

Checkbox "Different income tax rates apply" It is set if multi-company accounting is maintained in the information base, organizations are registered in different constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and at least one of the constituent entities has reduced income tax rates.

In this case, the type of the register "Income tax rates" will change:

Now only the rate to the federal budget will remain in it, and the tax rates to the budget of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are entered in a separate register:

Below this tab is the switch "The cost of property and services prepaid under the contract in foreign currency is determined at the exchange rate on the date."

This switch is relevant for organizations engaged in foreign economic activity, making (or receiving) an advance payment in foreign currency. Such organizations need to set the switch to the position "Receive or issue an advance". In this case, the attribute "Applied from" is automatically filled in with the date "01/01/2010".

VAT

Bookmark "VAT" it is necessary to set the date from which the organization keeps records in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2011 No. 1137. Until this date, the procedure established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 2, 2000 is applied. No. 914.

Below, the numbering order of invoices is selected: the same for all documents or a separate numbering of invoices for advance payment with the prefix "A".

Patents and UTII.

To configure the parameters when using UTII and the patent system, the same tab is used, only it changes its name depending on the checkboxes "Applied taxation systems". If only UTII is used, it is called “UTII”, if only the patent system is “Patents”, if both are “Patents and UTII”. If neither UTII nor the patent system is applied, the tab disappears.

The bookmark contains a hyperlink to the information register "Accounts for accounting for income and expenses for activities with a special taxation procedure". The default register contains a list of sub-accounts of account 90 used in UTII or the patent taxation system.

If necessary, the composition of accounts can be edited, supplemented or removed unused.

Bank and cashier.

This tab is used to configure the accounting parameters in terms of currency accounting and cash flow analytics for accounting accounts.

Checking the checkbox "Current accounting for settlements in foreign currency and USD" makes available hyperlinks to the directory "Currencies» and register "Accounts with a special nature of revaluation".

The interface of the program also changes.

Checking the checkbox “Cash flow accounting is carried out according to cash flow items” adds a negotiable subconto "Cash flow items" to the cash accounts:

  • 50 "Cashier";
  • 51 "Settlement accounts";
  • 52 "Currency accounts";
  • 55 "Special bank accounts".

Movements in cash items are used to automatically generate form No. 4 “Cash flow statement”.

Settlements with counterparties

On the “Settlements with counterparties” tab, you can set up payment terms for buyers and payment terms for suppliers, after which the debt is considered overdue. This is done for management accounting purposes.

If necessary, the terms can be specified in contracts with contractors. In this case, the program will consider the terms specified in the contracts as more priority than those set on this tab.

These settings are used for the "Manager's reports" group of reports, which can be found in the "Accounting, taxes, reporting" section.

Reports on debt settlements are divided into two groups:

Settlements with buyers:

  • Dynamics of buyers' debts;
  • Buyers' debt;
  • Debts of buyers under contracts;
  • Indebtedness of buyers by terms of debt.

Settlements with suppliers:

  • Dynamics of debt to suppliers;
  • Debt to suppliers;
  • Debt to suppliers under contracts;
  • Debts to suppliers by the terms of the debt.

Stocks.

On this tab, the analytics of inventories accounts (IPZ) are configured:

  • Account 07 "Equipment for installation";
  • Account 10 "Materials";
  • Account 21 "Semi-finished products of own production";
  • Account 41 "Goods";
  • Account 43 "Finished products".

Flag "Inventory accounting is carried out by batches (receipt documents)"- one of the most important advantages of Accounting 8 over Accounting 7.7. Setting this flag adds a “Party” subconto to the accounts of the MPZ. Moreover, batch accounting will be maintained both in accounting and in tax accounting.

If the flag for accounting for inventories by batches is set, then the methods “at average cost” or “by FIFO” are available in the accounting policy. If removed - only at an average cost.

Checkbox "According to warehouses (storage places)" adds a subconto "Warehouses" to inventory accounting accounts. When the checkbox is checked, accounting options are available for selection: only by quantity and by quantity and amount.

Checkbox “It is allowed to write off inventories in the absence of balances according to accounting data” can be installed at the initial stage of system operation, when the balances of inventories have not yet been entered or verified, and the accountant already needs to enter shipping documents into the program or write off materials for production. When the checkbox is selected, the system allows you to post documents in case of a lack of material or goods. At the same time, negative balances appear in the reports, but they will disappear after entering the initial inventory balances.

The flag is set (unchecked) for all organizations at once, which can create inconvenience for multi-company accounting if the opening balances are not entered simultaneously for all organizations.

Flag "Accounting for returnable packaging" when installed, it leads to the appearance of an additional tab "Returnable packaging" in incoming and outgoing documents for accounting for inventories. This checkbox applies to all organizations registered in the database.

Switch "When printing documents next to the column" Name "is displayed" allows you to customize the appearance of printed forms in terms of inventory accounting: adds next to the name of the material or product (which is an element of the "Nomenclature" directory) either the element code or the value of the "Article" attribute, or adds nothing.

Retail.

The Retail tab contains a checkbox "Retailing in progress." It is set if the enterprise conducts retail trade (it does not matter, only at automated outlets or both automated and non-automated).

Also on this tab there are checkboxes, by checking (or unchecking) which you can manage the analytics settings for account 41.12 "Retail goods in NTT by selling value", as well as for account 42.02 "Trade margin in NTT".

The abbreviation "NTT" means "non-automated outlets", i.e. this analytics is configured not for all retail, but only for NTT.

First checkbox "By Warehouse" installed and not editable. This means that the analytical accounting of goods on these accounts is always kept in the context of warehouses. Even if you turn off the “by warehouses” checkbox on the “Stocks” tab, it will still remain on these accounts.

Checking the checkbox "By nomenclature (turnovers)" will connect to account 41.12 "Goods in retail trade in NTT at sale value" subconto "Nomenclature", and the reverse, i.e. on this account, it will be possible to decipher the accounting reports (for example, the balance sheet) on this account with detailing up to the nomenclature position. But there will be no balance for each position of the item in the report.

Checked box " At VAT rates" will connect to accounts 41.12 "Goods in retail trade in NTT at a selling price" and 42.02 "Markup in NTT" subconto "VAT rates". This is appropriate in cases where an enterprise trades goods with different VAT rates (for example, 18% and 10%).

Commission trading.

Checking the box changes the program interface:

  • In the navigation panel of the "Purchases and sales" section, the documents "Report of the commission agent on sales" and "Report to the consignor" appear;
  • In the reference book "Counterparty Agreements" the details "Method of calculation" and "Percentage of commission" appear;
  • In the documents “Report on retail sales” and “Sales of goods and services”, a tabular section “Agent services” appears;
  • In the document "Movement of goods" the tabular section "Goods on commission" is added.

Production.

If at least one of the database organizations conducts production activities, then on the "Production" tab, you must check the box "Production activities are underway" and you also need to set the type of planned prices, which will be substituted into production documents by default, because in standard configuration 1C Accounting 8.2 accounting of finished products is carried out at planned prices.

All prices used at the enterprise are entered into the reference book "Nomenclature price types". You need to select the type of prices that will be considered the planned price, and enter the planned price for each item of manufactured products using the document "Setting prices for the item". This price will be substituted in the documents “Report of production for a shift” and “Act for the provision of production services”. If this is not done, then each time you will have to enter the price in the documents manually.

Employees and wages.

On this tab, you can configure the features of personnel records and payroll in organizations of this infobase.

Switch “Payroll accounting and personnel records are maintained” can be set to position "in this program" if it is planned to keep all calculations and personnel records in this program, or "in an external program" if a separate program will be used to account for settlements with personnel, and settlement data will be loaded into Accounting from it.

AT 1C Accounting 8.2 edition 3 payroll calculation is implemented in a simplified form, without the possibility of entering deviations, absenteeism, detailing on accruals. Therefore, as a rule, in small organizations, payroll is calculated in an accounting program, and in larger organizations, an external program is used for this. Usually, a 1C family program is used for this: “Salary and Personnel 7.7” or “Salary and Personnel Management 8”.

Switch "Accounting for personnel settlements is being conducted" allows you to configure the level of detail of analytics for account 70 “Settlements with personnel for wages”: for each employee or in summary for all employees.

Typically, those who calculate salaries in an accounting program set the switch to "per worker", and those who use a special program prefer to upload transactions summary for all employees.

When setting this switch, keep in mind that conducting analytics for each employee significantly increases the number of postings in the system and slows down the program.

Switch "Human Resources Maintained" sets the level of detail of personnel records in the accounting program. It becomes available when payroll accounting and personnel records are maintained in this program.

Position "Simplified" allows you to maintain all personnel data in the "Employees" directory. And when the switch is set to "Full" the interface is changing in terms of the “Employees and salary” section: it becomes possible to enter documents “Hiring”, “Personnel transfers” and “Dismissals”, and the program makes it possible, if necessary, to generate personnel documents based on the data already entered in the “Employees” directory . This is done using the "Generate personnel documents" button, which becomes available in the "Full" switch position.

So, we have mastered the initial and very important stage of working with the 1C Enterprise Accounting program, which must be completed before setting up the accounting policy features - accounting settings.

July 03, 2012 an event took place that cannot but affect most 1s programmers. 1C Company has released a trial version of the platform "1C Enterprise 8.3". In a series of articles, I will try to consider the main new features of the 1C Enterprise 8.3 platform. Why a series of articles, because there are so many changes that it will be problematic to fit in one review. And so let's get started.

The first, and in my opinion the most significant improvement that I would like to pay attention to, is support for all clients (thick, thin) and the configurator on operating systems of the family linux. This means that using the 1C Enterprise 8.3 platform, you can build inexpensive and functional accounting systems, spending only funds on licensing the 1C company.

  1. For users
  2. For developers
  3. For administrators

I'll start my review with point #2.

1. A new data type has been added to the platform " FormattedString". What is this data type for?

Formatted strings can be used in the following cases:

  • As data for form elements, the label field
  • As the title of a form field of type decoration;
  • As the WarningText parameter of the Warning() method;
  • As the QuestionText parameter of the Question() method.

Let's look at an example of how it works.

I will create a new processing, add the "Test" button and the following handler for this button

&AtClient
Procedure Test (Command)
line1 = new FormattedString("Testing a new type", New Font (, True , True));
Line2 = New FormattedString("Do you want to continue?", New Color (255,140,0));
SharedString = New FormattedString(Line1, "", Line2);
Mode = Dialogue ModeQuestion. Not really;
Answer = Question (CommonString , Mode , 40);
If Answer = ReturnCodeDialogue. No Then
Return ;
EndIf ;

EndProcedure

The result of clicking the button is as follows:

2. Improved context tooltip, namely "Hint for managed form elements can be of several types: directly in the input field, next to the form element, and opened by a button (in a pop-up window)". Let's look at examples

For attributes, the property "" appeared. summon extended hint You can right-click for a specific props.

Specify the following settings in attribute properties

The extended tooltip text is entered in a separate window. The call is made using the right mouse button. In field " header» the desired text is entered.

We get the following result. A button with the sign " ? “by clicking on the question mark, our tooltip will be displayed.

I have shown the simplest advanced tooltip setup. Opportunities extended hint much more: you can output formatted text, insert into text navigation links and process them, etc.

Another notable innovation in tooltips is input hint.
